Special auto parts industries was incorporated in the year 2009 by Mr. KR Anand, a technocrat with more than 40 years of experience in the field of cold forging and manufacturing.

Gokul Anand is the current managing partner and is also a technocrat with over 15 years of experience in the field of cold forging and manufacturing.

The company is located in Ambattur industrial estate which is one of the largest small-scale industrial estates in South Asia. We have 2 manufacturing units. Unit -1 houses our cold forming facility and unit 2 houses our machining facility. Locktite (India) Pvt Ltd is our sister concern which was established in the year 2005 to cater to the export market. Loctite (India) is situated in Madras Export Processing Zone Tambaram which is a special economic zone. This is a duty-free zone that was established by the Government of India to foster exports.

SAPI has pioneered the development of several critical cold-forged components that were conventionally manufactured from machining. This has enabled us to achieve substantial cost reductions for our customers by conducting VA / VE operations.
